On July 22, 2022, the Polish Sejm adopted a Resolution on establishing the year 2023 as the Year of Wojciech Korfanty (Uchwała Sejmu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z dnia 22 lipca 2022 r. w sprawie ustanowienia roku 2023 Rokiem Wojciecha Korfantego).
