Dear Valuable Customers in Austin
With a heavy heart we must inform you we will not be able to deliver your donuts and other purchases today 2/14. We are brave, customer-oriented and dedicated to keep our business afloat in those difficult times, but we are not stupid, and we are able to recognize life-threatening weather conditions when we see them. Ice had started covering DFW roads around 1:00AM when we arrived at the store to start the paczki production. We hoped it would snow, not ice but Nature won.

We are moving the delivery to the next week, Sunday, February 21. Same place and time or as previously arranged. Of course, we will fully reimburse those who wish to cancel their orders.
Please, simply CONTACT US if you wish to receive your paczki and other products next Sunday or you would like to cancel your order and have your money back.
Again, we are sorry for this inconvenience and we hope we all are safe during this rare Texan winter storm
