The 16th Annual APS Bigos Cook-Off and Hike
Bigos is a traditional feel-good dish, known as hunter’s stew, made with sauerkraut, onions, sausage, mushrooms, plums and lots of other secret ingredients…
We need chefs to compete in this contest !

To compete you need to provide at least 2 gallons of Bigos in a slow cooker or crock pot (electricity is available).
Each contestant will receive our fashionable APS Bigos Cook-Off apron and the judges will award additional special prizes to the best three cooks !
Polish Book Library-Bilbioteka na Kolkach- will bring a part of the collection to the Bigos Cook- Off, more details here

HIKE: in a nearby park with Agnieszka Ozarowski: 5:00pm. You will need to sign the waiver to participate (the print outs will be available to sign before the hike)
