Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy the afternoon with Polish and international music, devoted to women composers and musicians, by the Polish renowned artists: Marcin Hałat – violin, and Michał Korzistka – piano. This concert is a beautiful prelude to this years Austin Polish Film Festival that will show exceptional movies by and about women and their art and lives.
The concert will be concluded with tea, coffee and Polish desserts, opportunity to meet the musicians and an occasion to view paintings by visiting artist Maja Gackowska.
The program will include works, among other, by Maria Szymanowska, Fryderyk Chopin, and Jacek Glenc.
