Dear APS Members,
You are hereby notified that an annual member meeting and board of director election of Austin Polish Society (APS) will be held on November 12th, 2022 at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church at 3525 Bee Caves Road in Fellowship Hall (North Building) from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
The agenda will include an overview of our accomplishments in 2022.
An election will also be held for the six board positions that are expiring at the end of this year. Members in good standing as of record date September 30th, 2022 will have the right to vote in the election.
Candidate bios will be emailed to all members prior to the election.
NOTE: If you are unable to attend in person, then you may vote by proxy by assigning your right to vote to another APS member that will be present by filling out the Proxy Designation Form. Please return the Proxy Designation Form to APS by regular mail or email to:
