On September 19th 2017, Austin Polish Society had pleasure of sponsoring and representing our organization during the first Diplomacy Begins Here Summit that took place in Texas Capitol.
The all day summit was held featuring expert speakers on current US foreign policy priorities and panel discussions on international trade, international journalism, the growing role of sports in creating international goodwill, the effect of global events on international businesses, contributions of immigrants to innovation, economic development, and cultural diversity, as well as sessions designed especially for students. Austin Polish Society took part as a partnering exhibitor to present our society and Polish culture to Summit attendees.
