July 18, 2023 – Austin Polish Society donated $2,000 to PASI Educational Organization (PASIEDU) for legal defense costs to protect the Katyń monument in Jersey City from being obstructed by a concrete wall. PASIEDU is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization that has taken a leading role in protecting the Katyń monument by filing this lawsuit against Exchange Place Alliance, District Management, and Jersey City Planning Board.
