Call to Action from Polish American Congress for the passage of H.R. 1401 and S.2091 (JOLT Act of 2015)

Poland is one of the remaining countries in NATO whose citizens still need a visa to travel to the United States. There are 38 countries whose citizens do not need a visa to travel to the USA. Poland has been left out of the Visa Waiver Program. The Jolt Act of 2015 would change that by adding Poland to the Visa Waiver Program.

Legislation to end the visa requirement for Poland has finally been introduced in both the U.S. House and Senate in the Jolt Act of 2015. The Polish American Congress has issued an Action Alert and is urging Polish Americans to write their Senators and Congressman to vote in favor of the Jolt Act of 2015 (S.2091 in the Senate and H.R. 1401 in the House of Representatives) which would add Poland to the Visa Waiver Program.
