An annual member meeting and board of director election of Austin Polish Society will be held on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church at 3525 Bee Caves Rd, Austin, Texas in Flex Room 1 of the North Building (closest to Bee Caves Rd).
The agenda will include an annual financial report presentation and an overview of accomplishment in 2024. In addition, members in good standing as of record date September 30th, 2024 will have the right to vote in the board of director election for six board of director positions that expire December 31st, 2026. The following individuals are candidates for the board:

If you are unable to attend in person, then you may vote by proxy by assigning your right to vote to another APS member that will be present by filling out the Proxy Form. Please have your designated voter bring your completed Proxy Designation form to the meeting.
